Responsibility
- Coordinate order processing, refunds, and returns with accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor inventory levels, update listings, and adjust pricing as needed.
- Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure on-time fulfillment.
- Prepare and review daily and weekly performance reports and dashboards.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat with professionalism.
- Maintain data integrity and protect confidential information across systems.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to standard operating procedures and training materials.
Qualification
- Prior experience as a virtual assistant or Amazon seller support.
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, FBA, and supplier communications.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in data entry, spreadsheet management, and basic data analysis.
- Strong time management, multitasking, and ability to work independently.
