Join Tavor Perry, a dynamic e-commerce partner, as an Amazon Store Manager VA. In this part-time role, you will oversee the daily operations of our Amazon storefront, ensuring listings are optimized, inventory is balanced, and customer service exceeds expectations. As the Amazon Store Manager VA, you will own the storefront's performance, from listing optimization and pricing to promotions and feedback management. You will work closely with suppliers, VAs, and our internal teams to maintain perfect product data, accurate stock levels, and timely fulfillment. Your proactive approach to analytics will help drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include optimizing product listings for search visibility, monitoring inventory and replenishment, coordinating with suppliers, handling customer inquiries and reviews, configuring promotions and discounts, and generating regular performance reports for leadership. You will stay compliant with Amazon policies and brand guidelines while exploring opportunities to expand our catalog and win the Buy Box.

Responsibility
- Own day-to-day store operations on Amazon Seller Central, including product listings, pricing, and promotions.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, reorder points, and fulfillment to prevent stockouts and overstock.
- Optimize product titles, bullets, descriptions, images, and backend keywords to maximize visibility and conversion.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews with a focus on exceptional service and brand reputation.
- Analyze sales data, track KPIs, and prepare regular performance reports to inform strategic decisions.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate product data and on-time launches.
- Maintain compliance with Amazon policies and brand guidelines, and execute promotional campaigns when applicable.
Qualification
- Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts or as a virtual assistant supporting Amazon stores.
- Strong understanding of listing optimization, SEO, and catalog management.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate across remote teams.
- Strong time-management, prioritization, and multitasking skills; reliable and detail-oriented.
- Familiarity with Amazon advertising (Sponsored Products) is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work independently in a part-time role and adapt to a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
