We are seeking an analytical and process oriented professional with a passion for operations and data driven decision making. In this role you will partner with cross functional teams to optimize end to end operational performance, drive efficiency across order processing, fulfillment, and customer experience, and translate complex data into actionable insights that move the business forward.
You will own data driven improvements from discovery to implementation, building scalable processes and dashboards that measure performance against targets. By blending quantitative analysis with strong collaboration, you will identify bottlenecks, reduce cycle times, improve accuracy, and support strategic initiatives across the supply chain, logistics, and customer service teams.

Responsibility
- Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators for performance operations, including order processing times, fulfillment accuracy, and delivery SLA adherence.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, root causes of delays, and opportunities for process improvements across the order to delivery lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, and Customer Service to design and implement data driven process enhancements and SOPs.
- Define performance targets, track progress against KPIs, and prepare insights for monthly business reviews with actionable recommendations.
- Lead or participate in cross functional projects to streamline end to end workflows and improve customer experience.
- Translate business questions into analytical tasks, manage data quality, and ensure the accuracy and reliability of reports used by leadership.
- Support training and change management when new processes or tools are introduced.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in operations, analytics, or e commerce, preferably in a similar analyst role.
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL; experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with process mapping, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean or Six Sigma is a plus).
- Excellent communication and cross functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence without authority.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment and deliver high quality outputs on time.
- Knowledge of e commerce fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain operations is a plus.
