Responsibility

  • Lead regional consulting engagements for above-market clients, defining strategy, milestones, and success metrics.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers, ensuring satisfaction, renewal opportunities, and long-term partnerships.
  • Translate complex data assets into actionable business recommendations and scalable insights playbooks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, data science, sales, and client services) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Define project scopes, manage timelines and budgets, and monitor progress against KPIs.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team of consultants, fostering knowledge sharing and career growth.
  • Drive account strategy for a portfolio of strategic customers, contributing to regional revenue growth and market expansion.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, data analytics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years in management consulting, insights, or customer success within data-driven environments.
  • Proven ability to translate data into executive-level storytelling and actionable recommendations.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering large-scale client programs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; fluency in English; Malay language is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and SQL.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regionally as needed.
