Join Singapore Telecommunications (Singtel) as a Senior Manager, Strategic Insights & Transformation, a pivotal leadership role within Group Procurement. Responsibility
- Lead the strategic insights program for Group Procurement and the Corporate Centre, developing dashboards, KPIs, and scenario planning to guide executive decisions.
- Drive end-to-end transformation initiatives across procurement functions, including digital procurement, e-sourcing, supplier analytics, and process standardization.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to shape category strategies, optimize costs, and realize measurable value across the organization.
- Oversee change management, communications, and the adoption of new processes and tools across regional teams.
- Collaborate with business leaders to anticipate market shifts, assess risk, and ensure supply continuity with risk-adjusted recommendations.
- Mentor and manage a team of analysts and project leads; foster capability, governance, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ensure data integrity and governance to support data-driven decision making across procurement operations.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA or equivalent preferred; advanced analytics or data science background is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in strategic procurement, procurement transformation, or management consulting.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale cost savings and value realization through transformation programs.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and SQL; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills; ability to influence C-suite and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in change management, project management, and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of the Singapore procurement landscape and market dynamics would be a plus.
