As part of the APAC Strategy and Ops team, you will own critical initiatives that drive forecasting accuracy, resource planning, and pipeline optimization. Responsibility

  • Partner with cross functional teams to drive strategy and GTM execution for APAC markets.
  • Analyze data, define metrics, build dashboards, and generate insights that inform decision making.
  • Lead program management for product launches, campaigns, and pilots from concept to rollout.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partnerships to accelerate revenue growth and optimize the sales funnel.
  • Identify process improvements and scalability opportunities to increase efficiency and impact.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress to senior leadership and field teams.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning to ensure aligned execution.

Qualification

  • Bachelor or equivalent in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 2-6 years of experience in strategy, operations, or Go-To-Market roles; consulting or startup experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization; knowledge of SQL or data tooling is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Project management mindset with a track record of delivering programs on time and within scope.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, ambiguous environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with APAC markets and GTM concepts is a plus.
