Impian Property Management is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead operations in the Bingin Area, serving the communities of Uluwatu, Ungasan, and Pecatu. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for maximizing guest experience, elevating service standards, and driving sustainable growth across multiple sites in one of Bali's most vibrant destinations.
As Area Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, develop regional plans, and ensure operational excellence in service delivery, safety, and compliance. You will lead a diverse team, mentor site staff, and collaborate with vendors, tenants, and corporate leadership to deliver exceptional results.
- Lead and oversee multi-site operations across Bingin Area (Uluwatu, Ungasan, Pecatu)
- Drive revenue growth and optimize operational efficiency through data-driven decisions
- Recruit, onboard, train and mentor area staff; set performance expectations and conduct regular reviews
- Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure high standards of service and safety
- Manage regional budget, control costs, and monitor P&L performance across sites
- Establish strong vendor and tenant relationships; negotiate contracts and maintain quality standards
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and health and safety requirements
- Prepare insightful reports for senior management and provide actionable insights to improve guest experience

In addition to leadership, you will be responsible for people development, performance management, and ensuring that each site upholds Impian Property Management’s standards of hospitality, cleanliness, safety, and asset care. You will analyze sales performance, forecast demand, and implement marketing initiatives with the objective of increasing occupancy, revenue per guest, and guest satisfaction metrics across the Bingin Area.
Responsibility

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Real Estate, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in retail, property management, or multi-site operations
- Proven track record of managing P&L, budgeting and cost control
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to manage diverse teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel across Bali and work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in Indonesian; proficient in English
