Responsibility

  • Hire, train, and mentor store managers and front-line teams, driving people development and succession planning.
  • Manage P&L, budgeting, inventory, and supply chain to optimize profitability and minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with procurement, marketing, and finance to launch new outlets, drive promotions, and optimize store performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety, brand standards, and regulatory requirements across all locations.
  • Monitor performance metrics, establish targets, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to raise guest satisfaction and operating efficiency.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Operations, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in area or multi-site management within F&B or retail.
  • Proven track record of scaling operations and leading diverse teams across multiple sites.
  • Strong P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
