Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed regional targets for wastewater solutions.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in both industrial and municipal sectors.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and technical demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Collaborate closely with technical and project teams to design tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact through contract negotiations and closing.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback for senior management.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical sales, preferably in water treatment or environmental solutions.
  • Strong understanding of industrial and municipal sales cycles and processes.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop strategic relationships with C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; additional languages a plus.
