Responsibility
- Collaborate with the Brand Management team to develop annual brand plans and execute go-to-market campaigns for PT Jamu Jago's products.
- Conduct market and consumer research to inform positioning, messaging, and packaging improvements.
- Coordinate with Product Development, Sales, Trade Marketing, and Digital teams to plan and launch new SKUs and promotional activities.
- Manage brand budget, track ROI, and optimize allocation across channels and tactics.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, packaging design standards, and marketing creative assets.
- Monitor brand health metrics (awareness, trial, share of voice, penetration) and prepare actionable reports for leadership.
- Support events, promotions, and in-store activations; liaise with agencies and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
- Analyze competitive landscape and market trends to identify growth opportunities and risk mitigation.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in brand management or a marketing role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with dashboards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Indonesian and English.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and copywriting ability for packaging and campaigns.
- Familiarity with the Indonesian consumer goods market and retail environment.
- Proactive, results-driven, and highly organized with strong time management.
