Responsibility
- Lead and execute recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding

- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Utilize HR technology for process optimization
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment laws
