City Facilities Management is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment for our fast-paced organization. This contract role is ideal for a hands-on recruiter who thrives on partnering with business leaders, building strong pipelines, and delivering top talent to support our facilities management and corporate teams in Kuala Lumpur.
You will own the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to onboarding, and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers. Your responsibilities will span sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, negotiation, and seamless candidate experience, ensuring hires align with our values and business goals. Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for all roles, from requisition through onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Source, engage, and assess high-quality candidates using a mix of channels (job boards, social networks, referrals, and proactive outreach).
- Screen resumes, conduct structured interviews, coordinate assessments, and facilitate timely decision-making.
- Manage offer negotiations, salary recommendations, and smooth onboarding to ensure candidate success.
- Build and maintain diverse, pipelined candidate pools for current and future hiring needs.
- Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to continuously optimize speed and quality of hire.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in facilities management, healthcare, or corporate environments.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment marketing tools.
- Strong interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills with an evidence-based approach.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven contract role and manage multiple requisitions.
