Adecco is hiring for an experienced HR professional to join as an HR Executive (Audit) in East Singapore. This permanent role offers a 5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm) and a competitive salary up to 4,000 SGD per month, with AWS and VB.
Based in Kampong Ubi, you will partner with the HR team to ensure robust HR operations, governance and compliance processes across the organization. This role supports payroll administration, employee lifecycle activities and internal audits to uphold statutory and company policies.
Key responsibilities include administering HR records, assisting in payroll processing, supporting recruitment and onboarding, maintaining HR information systems, and preparing data driven reports for leadership. You will also assist in policy development, benefits administration and coordinating with cross functional teams to implement change initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, pro active and thrives in a fast paced environment with a strong commitment to confidentiality and accuracy.
Responsibility
- Support HR administration, record-keeping, and attendance tracking to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in payroll processing, benefits administration, and month-end reconciliations.
- Coordinate full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding of new hires.
- Support internal audits and compliance activities, including data integrity, documentation, and statutory filings.
- Maintain and update HR information systems and personnel files with meticulous attention to confidentiality.
- Prepare management reports on headcount, turnover, payroll metrics, and compliance status.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR policies and process improvements.
Qualification
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of HR administration or HR operations experience, preferably with exposure to payroll and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and relevant HR regulations.
- Experience with HRIS and MS Office; proficient in data entry and reporting (advanced Excel is a plus).
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills; capable of working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self motivated, proactive and able to manage priorities and deadlines.
