Origo is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dayshift team in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers across the Servicing Industry to attract, identify and hire top talent who can elevate our client services and operations.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage full-cycle recruitment from intake through onboarding, leveraging modern sourcing strategies, compelling employer branding, and an optimized candidate experience. You will use data and ATS analytics to drive decisions, forecast hiring needs, and build strong pipelines for critical roles. You will be responsible for delivering a seamless, engaging, and professional candidate journey while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Key focus areas include collaborating with stakeholders to define role requirements, drafting accurate job descriptions, screening and interviewing candidates, coordinating assessments, and presenting offer recommendations. You will stay informed of market trends in the Servicing Industry within the Philippines to attract the best talent and maintain Origo's employer brand as an employer of choice. Responsibility
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for roles across the Servicing Industry, from requisition to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring timelines.
- Source candidates through job boards, social platforms, referrals, and proactive outreach; screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews, administer assessments, provide timely candidate updates, and manage the candidate experience.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical functions and niche roles.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies; maintain accurate data in the ATS and generate regular recruitment reports.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in the Servicing Industry or BPO/SSC environments.
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), interview techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment and deliver results on time.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on improving time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
- Willingness to work in a dayshift schedule and adapt to evolving business needs.
