In this full-time role, you will source, evaluate, and place top talent across financial markets, collaborating with hiring managers to deliver exceptional hiring experiences and outcomes.

Compensation for this role combines a solid base with an uncapped commission structure. The base salary is PHP 40,000 per month, with uncapped commissions and a total monthly compensation that may range from PHP 300,000 to PHP 400,000 depending on performance. Potential annual earnings from the commission component can reach PHP 1,500,000 or more, as you build pipelines and close high-impact roles.

Responsibility

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for Global Markets roles across multiple geographies, from intake to offer acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and establish realistic timelines.
  • Actively source passive candidates using ATS, databases, social networks, and market mapping to build robust talent pipelines.
  • Screen candidates with structured interviews, assess technical competencies and cultural fit, and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and feedback with stakeholders across regions to ensure a smooth, timely process.
  • Negotiate offers and close candidates while maintaining a positive candidate experience and strong employer branding.
  • Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system and deliver regular recruitment metrics to leadership.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in global markets or financial services.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management across regions; strong relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools; data-driven mindset.
  • Strong interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with confidentiality and integrity.
