You will leverage HR data, dashboards, and analytics tools to inform executive decisions while maintaining compliance with Singapore employment regulations and healthcare industry requirements.

Responsibility
- Develop and maintain manpower plans for healthcare facilities, aligning with service demand, patient volumes, and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with HR, operations, and department heads to translate workforce needs into effective staffing strategies.
- Monitor headcount forecasts, turnover, vacancy rates; perform scenario modeling to support decision making.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to provide actionable insights on staffing efficiency, productivity, and patient care coverage.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
- Prepare regular workforce analytics reports and present findings to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; professional HR certification preferred.
- 3-5 years in manpower planning, workforce analytics, or HR operations; healthcare sector experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, HRIS, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to influence at senior levels.
- Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and healthcare regulatory requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
