We are currently seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to support our Health Insurance department in achieving profitable growth and strategic development goals. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Department to ensure the success of the Segment Profit Centre - Health.
Responsibility
- Assist the Head of Department in developing and implementing strategies for profitable growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue and achieve department goals
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for business expansion
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders and business partners
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
