RecruitFirst is seeking a seasoned professional for the role of Assistant Manager / Senior Assistant Manager, Brand & Digital Communications. This contract opportunity is ideal for a strategic marketer who can drive brand identity and digital impact within Singaporeâs West Region. You will shape how the brand talks to audiences online and offline, elevate the customer experience, and harness data to inform creative decisions. This is a hands-on role that blends strategic thinking with practical execution in a fast-paced environment.
As a leader in brand and digital initiatives, you will own the end-to-end development and delivery of integrated campaigns across multiple channels. Youâll partner with product, content, creative, and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging, compelling storytelling, and adherence to brand guidelines. You will also own website strategy and content optimization, focusing on user experience, SEO, and performance-driven enhancements that increase awareness, engagement, and conversions. A data-driven mindset is essential: youâll measure campaign outcomes, extract insights, and implement rapid optimizations to maximize impact.
In this role, youâll manage cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment, oversee budgets and timelines, and drive governance to maintain brand integrity. Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of integrated brand campaigns across digital and traditional channels to build awareness and engagement.
- Define and optimize the website strategy, content, and user experience to improve journeys and conversion rates.
- Manage data-driven communications, performance measurement, and reporting to inform ongoing campaigns.
- Collaborate with product, creative, marketing operations, and external agencies to ensure on-brand storytelling and timely delivery.
- Create and maintain a robust content calendar across social, email, SEO, and website channels.
- Monitor key metrics, run A/B tests, and implement optimization programs to drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee stakeholder management, governance, and budget tracking for campaigns and initiatives.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance with guidelines while adapting messaging to local market nuances.
Qualification
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in brand, digital communications, or marketing roles with a proven track record of campaigns and content strategy.
- Strong understanding of digital channels, SEO, website optimization, analytics (GA4), and social media management.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and creative strategies that drive business results.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project-management skills with cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Experience working in or with the Singapore market; vendor and agency management is a plus.
- Proficiency with marketing tools (CMS, CRM, marketing automation) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is advantageous.
