We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Supervisor to join our team at Banting, Klang. As an Assistant Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of our business.
Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations
- Train and motivate team members
- Monitor inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained
- Assist with scheduling and rostering
- Implement and maintain quality control standards
Qualification
- Previous experience in a supervisory role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry is a plus
