We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Supervisor/ Supervisor to join our team in Bukit Damansara, Plaza Damansara (BDP). This role requires a hands-on approach, strong leadership skills, and the ability to oversee daily operations efficiently.
Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff
- Ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company policies
- Train new employees and provide ongoing guidance
- Maintain inventory levels and monitor supplies
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
Qualification
- Prior experience in a supervisory role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of manufacturing and logistics processes
