We are currently looking for a dedicated Assistant Supervisor/ Supervisor to join our team at Kk Group Of Companies. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing operations at our Chan Sow Lin (CSL) location in Kuala Lumpur.
Responsibility
- Supervise and manage day-to-day operations at the CSL location
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Train and mentor employees to maintain high performance standards
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
Qualification
- Previous experience in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of manufacturing and logistics processes
