Responsibility
- Supervise daily operations at Taman Abadi Indah (TAI)
- Manage and motivate team members to achieve performance targets
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory and supplies
- Implement process improvements for efficiency
Qualification
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
