LexisBridge Law Firm is seeking a driven Associate Attorney specializing in corporate law and compliance to join our New York City office. This role offers exposure to a diverse portfolio of corporate transactions, regulatory matters, and high-profile M&A work.

As an Associate Attorney, you will partner with partners and clients to craft practical legal strategies while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and risk management.
Responsibility
- Lead legal due diligence, draft and negotiate corporate agreements, and prepare closing documents.
- Advise on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management across client portfolios.
- Support M&A transactions, financing rounds, and special projects involving SPVs and subsidiaries.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including vendor agreements, client engagement letters, licensing, and NDAs.
- Provide timely, business-focused legal guidance to executives and deal teams.
- Manage matter workflows, deadlines, and junior associates/paralegals on assigned matters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable legal solutions for growth initiatives.
Qualification
- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school; active NY bar admission.
- 3-6 years of corporate law and compliance experience, with exposure to M&A and complex contracts.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills; exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; client-service mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory regimes, securities compliance, and corporate governance best practices.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative deal team.
