In this role, you will work closely with partners and clients on complex deals, draft critical documents, and contribute to business development initiatives. We value collaboration, professional growth, and a client-centric approach.

What we offer: a supportive, merit-based environment with a clear progression path, competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and flexible working options.

Responsibility

  • Conduct thorough due diligence, risk assessment, and integration planning to identify client opportunities and mitigate exposure.
  • Provide governance, regulatory, and compliance advice to clients, including board matters and shareholder communications.
  • Draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts, service level agreements, and licensing agreements.

Qualification

  • Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 3-6 years PQE in corporate law (or equivalent international qualification).
  • Demonstrated experience leading mid-market transactions and drafting SPAs, due diligence reports, and governance documents.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and client-management skills with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities; able to articulate complex issues to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously and meet demanding deadlines.
  • Solid knowledge of UK corporate law, market trends, and a proactive business-development approach.
