Khoo Teck Puat Hospital invites you to join our Innovation & Improvement Office as an Associate Executive, Operation Admin (I&I). Responsibility

  • Support the Innovation & Improvement Office in coordinating operational admin activities, ensuring timely delivery of projects and tasks.
  • Assist in planning and tracking improvement initiatives, including scheduling, milestones, and resource coordination.
  • Prepare meeting materials, minutes, and action logs; maintain clear documentation and follow ups.
  • Collect, validate, and analyze data on process performance; generate reports and dashboards to inform decisions.
  • Collaborate with clinical and non clinical teams to streamline workflows and reduce bottlenecks.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure compliance with quality and patient safety standards.
  • Support change management, training, and communication efforts for new processes or policies.

Qualification

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, operations, or related field.
  • Relevant experience in hospital or healthcare administration; 2-4 years preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in data collection, analysis, and reporting; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with project coordination and cross functional collaboration; ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma) is a plus; certification is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office and experience with hospital information systems or ERP is desirable.
