We are currently seeking a dedicated Associate to join our Retail Pharmacy team at Singapore General Hospital. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and meeting the needs of patients and customers.
Responsibility
- Assist customers with product selection and inquiries
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of prescriptions
- Manage inventory and stock levels
- Provide information on medication usage and precautions
- Handle cash transactions and insurance claims
Qualification
- Degree in Pharmacy or related field
- Prior experience in a retail pharmacy setting
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
