Mattel APAC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Talent Acquisition professional to join our APAC-EMEA Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for the organization.
Responsibility
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates to determine fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the organization
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
