Responsibility
- Lead daily store operations and supervise the sales floor team to ensure smooth, customer-focused service.
- Drive revenue and profitability by executing effective merchandising, promotions, and upselling strategies.
- Manage inventory including stock reconciliation, replenishment, and shrinkage control to optimize product availability.
- Uphold brand standards, health and safety policies, cash handling procedures, and loss prevention measures.
- Develop and coach store staff through regular feedback, training, and performance planning; manage staff schedules to meet store needs.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as sales targets, conversion rate, average ticket, and guest satisfaction; implement action plans to improve results.
- Collaborate with Area Manager and cross-functional teams on store initiatives, promotions, and community events.
Qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail store supervision or assistant management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management, POS systems, cash handling, and loss prevention.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
