Responsibility
- Assist in registration and admission of patients
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of reception area
- Provide support to healthcare staff as needed
Qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
- Basic computer skills
