ConnectOS is seeking an AU Credit Analyst to support Australian mortgage brokers with administrative accuracy and efficiency. In this full-time role, you will help prepare, process, and track loan applications from our Manila-based operation, working remotely with a collaborative team across time zones. This position offers exposure to cross-border lending and a clear path for professional growth in the financial services sector.
Your responsibilities include organizing client documents, entering loan data into our loan tracking system, and ensuring completeness and accuracy of all materials required for underwriting. You will communicate with brokers and borrowers to clarify missing information, resolve discrepancies, and maintain timely status updates. By adhering to internal policies and Australian lending guidelines, you will help maintain compliance, data privacy, and quality control across the workflow.

Responsibility
- Process and organize loan applications for Australian mortgage brokers, ensuring completeness and accuracy of all documented materials.
- Verify and prepare supporting documents, data entries, and loan data in the tracking system to support underwriting queues.
- Monitor loan status, provide timely updates to brokers and borrowers, and escalate issues to the underwriting team as needed.
- Maintain strict compliance with internal policies and Australian lending guidelines, including data privacy and documentation standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve document gaps and discrepancies and improve processing efficiency.
- Assist with quality control checks and routine reporting to ensure accuracy and performance metrics.
- Support a remote, globally distributed team by delivering reliable administrative support and clear communication.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field
- 1-3 years in credit analysis, mortgage processing, or document verification
- Proficiency with MS Excel and loan processing software; experience with mortgage platforms is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and excellent time management
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable collaborating with remote teams
- Knowledge of Australian mortgage guidelines and compliance is a plus
- Ability to work from a quiet home office with reliable internet and a self-motivated, organized approach
