Responsibility
- Support client onboarding and data collection to enable accurate financial planning
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and client communications (including SOAs) for review
- Coordinate with Australian-based advisers to ensure timely delivery of planning materials and implementations
- Maintain precise client records in the CRM and filing systems with strict data security and confidentiality
- Assist with compliance checks, regulatory documentation, and quality control
- Provide general administrative support, calendar management, and scheduling across time zones
- Help with data entry, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
- Proactively identify bottlenecks and communicate status updates to the team
Qualification
- 1+ year of administrative or support experience, preferably in financial services or wealth management
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems
- Experience with data entry, documentation, and record-keeping with high accuracy
- Attention to detail, confidentiality, and a commitment to compliance
- Ability to work onsite in Cebu City and collaborate with an international team
- Excellent organizational skills, time management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to learn and support more complex financial planning tasks as needed
