Responsibility

  • Own the end to end management of Australian visa applications from case inception to final decision, ensuring accuracy and timely lodgement.
  • Assess applicant eligibility, collect and evaluate supporting documents, and prepare tailored submissions for lodgement.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian migration laws, policies, and ethical standards while protecting client confidentiality and data privacy.
  • Coordinate with clients, medical providers, police checks, and government portals; manage deadlines and proactive follow ups.
  • Prepare client communications, progress updates, and clear guidance on options, timelines, and potential outcomes.
  • Maintain comprehensive case notes and documentation in the case management system; produce regular status reports for clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including legal advisors, agents, and service partners to secure supporting evidence.
  • Identify process improvements, contribute to QA checks, and support training for junior team members to sustain high service levels.

Qualification

  • Bachelor degree in law, immigration, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience in migration case management.
  • 2+ years of hands on Australian migration case management experience or equivalent in a client focused environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian migration policy, lodgement processes, and decision making criteria.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex information clearly to clients.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and to deadlines.
