Responsibility
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems across a wide range of vehicles.
- Perform preventive maintenance and timely service to maximize vehicle reliability and safety.
- Inspect vehicles, identify issues, provide accurate repair estimates, and communicate with customers and service advisors.
- Use diagnostic tools and software (OBD-II, scan tools, oscilloscopes) to troubleshoot malfunctions.
- Disassemble, repair, replace components, and ensure proper reassembly with quality workmanship.
- Collaborate with teammates, maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment.
- Mentor junior technicians and contribute to a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
Qualification
- 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
- ASE Certification or equivalent; willingness to obtain further certifications within 12 months.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proficiency with diagnostic equipment and ability to read electrical diagrams and repair manuals.
- Strong knowledge of engine, transmission, brake, and suspension systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
- Own basic set of tools required to perform typical repairs (or company-provided toolkit as per policy).
