Responsibility
- Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections and diagnostics using advanced tools and equipment.
- Repair and replace mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components to factory specifications.
- Interpret diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) and validate repairs with road testing.
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings clearly to customers and service advisors.
- Adhere to safety policies, quality standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Collaborate with technicians to troubleshoot complex issues and share best practices.
- Assist with maintenance tasks such as preventive maintenance and scheduling turnover timelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service and represent the shop professionally.
Qualification
- ASE-certified or equivalent hands-on automotive experience (minimum 3 years).
- Strong knowledge of gasoline engines, electrical systems, transmissions, and brakes.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools (OBD-II, multimeters, scopes) and repair equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to pass background checks.
- Excellent problem-solving, time-management, and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
