As a Mechanic you will diagnose, repair and maintain vehicles across makes and models, focusing on safety and quality. You will work with modern diagnostic tools and collaborate with a passionate team of technicians.
Responsibility
- Perform accurate vehicle diagnostics using OEM and aftermarket scan tools
- Repair and replace mechanical and electrical components including engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension, and electrical systems
- Interpret wiring diagrams and service manuals
- Conduct preventive maintenance and safety inspections
- Document all work performed and communicate findings to customers
- Assist with vehicle inspections and quality control to ensure repair quality
- Adhere to safety policies and environmental regulations
- Mentor apprentices and contribute to a collaborative team environment
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; ASE certifications preferred
- 3+ years of mechanical experience in automotive repair or heavy equipment
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in electrical and electronic systems, engines, transmissions
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and service manuals
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Commitment to safety and continuing education
