Responsibility

  • Process and log customer requests accurately into back-office systems, ensuring data integrity.

  • Coordinate with frontline teams to resolve backend issues and ensure timely resolution.

Qualification

  • HS/SHS graduates are welcome; BPO experience is a plus.
