Responsibility

  • Manage cash handling tasks and support point of sale operations with accuracy and integrity
  • Receive, sort and store goods in the backroom, ensuring proper labeling and locations
  • Process daily transactions and assist in reconciliation of cash and documents
  • Assist in stock counts and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Prepare packing lists and assist with order fulfillment for internal and external requests
  • Maintain clean, safe and organized backroom workspace following company SOPs
  • Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams to replenish stock and resolve discrepancies
  • Provide friendly service to internal customers and colleagues, supporting a positive work environment

Qualification

  • High school or equivalent education required
  • Basic math and cash handling skills
  • Willingness to work 12 hour shifts on a 5 day roster
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable, punctual and able to follow instructions
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS or ERP systems is a plus
  • Legally eligible to work in Singapore
