We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team at BreadTalk in Ayala North Exchange. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods and ensuring the highest quality of products for our customers.
Responsibility
- Prepare and bake a wide range of bread and pastries
- Follow recipes and ensure consistency in the quality of baked goods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area
- Monitor and adjust oven temperatures as needed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals
Qualification
- Prior experience as a Baker or in a similar role
- Knowledge of baking techniques and methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and precision in following recipes
- Team player with excellent communication skills
