Responsibility
- Greet customers warmly and deliver an exceptional first impression.
- Prepare espresso-based beverages with precision and consistency.
- Operate and troubleshoot espresso machine and grinder settings.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization of the prep and service areas.
- Accurately handle cash, process POS transactions, and balance till at close.
- Engage in upselling and suggestive selling to enhance guest experience.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth service during peak times.
- Adhere to safety, sanitation, and coffee safety standards in all tasks.
Qualification
- At least 1 year of barista experience in a specialty coffee shop or similar environment.
- Proficient in espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art fundamentals.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong time management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards; adherence to health codes.
