Responsibility
- Greet customers with warmth and professionalism, guiding them through our beverage options.
- Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks with consistent quality and flair.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and related equipment with care and safety.
- Engage in precise milk texturing and latte art to create visually appealing beverages.
- Maintain a clean, organized station and comply with all health and safety standards.
- Process orders accurately using the POS system and handle payments securely.
- Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and communicate needs to the team lead.
- Collaborate with teammates to deliver timely service during peak periods.
Qualification
- 1+ year of experience as a barista or in a fast-paced coffee shop environment.
- Proficient knowledge of espresso extraction, grinder settings, milk temperatures, and latte art basics.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Strong hygiene practices, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Basic cash handling and POS familiarity; ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Standing for extended periods; ability to lift 30 lbs as needed.
