As a Barista Services Specialist, you will be the face of our cafe, responsible for espresso extraction, milk texturing, beverage customization, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

Responsibility
- Greet customers with warmth and professionalism while taking accurate orders
- Prepare espresso drinks with consistent quality using a commercial espresso machine
- Steam and texture milk to create velvety microfoam for a range of beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation and equipment, including grinders, espresso machines, and grinders
- Operate POS system, handle cash and card transactions, and manage accurate receipts
- Ensure inventory levels, rotate stock, and communicate low-stock items to management
- Uphold health and safety standards and follow food handling procedures
- Engage with customers to upsell featured beverages and seasonal offerings
Qualification
- 2+ years barista experience in a fast-paced cafe or roastery
- Proficiency in espresso extraction, dosing, tamping, and milk texturing
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Basic barista tools knowledge and familiarity with our espresso equipment
- Food safety certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
