Prestige Club & Society, a luxury private members club in London, is seeking a highly motivated Club Manager to lead operations and elevate the member experience. This role blends hospitality finesse with strategic operations to maintain impeccable service standards across all departments.
As Club Manager, you will partner with the General Manager to oversee all facets of club operations, including dining, facilities, events, security, and membership services. You will inspire teams, optimize processes, and ensure consistent delivery of world-class hospitality.

Responsibility
- Lead all club operations, ensuring seamless daily service across dining, events, facilities, and concierge services.
- Develop and execute short- and long-term operating plans, budgets, and headcount to meet financial and quality targets.
- Coach, mentor, and performance-manage a diverse team of departmental managers and front-line staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Collaborate with the culinary and events teams to design and execute member-centric programming and event calendars.
- Maintain rigorous compliance with health, safety, and security standards; implement risk management practices.
- Drive membership satisfaction by monitoring feedback, resolving issues, and accelerating service recovery.
- Partner with procurement and facilities for cost control, vendor management, and preventive maintenance.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field; minimum 5 years leadership in luxury hospitality or club management.
- Proven track record building high-performing teams and delivering consistent service excellence.
- Excellent organizational, strategic planning, and budget management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with proven stakeholder management.
- Experience with events programming, guest relations, and member services in a private club environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Proficiency with hospitality management software and MS Office; knowledge of POS and CRM systems.
