Responsibility
- Oversee daily front office operations ensuring seamless check-in, check-out, and guest inquiries.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate front desk team members for superior guest service.
- Handle guest concerns, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain satisfaction at all touchpoints.
- Manage room assignments, reservations, and collaborate with housekeeping for optimal readiness.
- Administer billing processes, including financial reporting and audit compliance.
- Develop and implement training programs to uphold premium service standards.
- Collaborate with management to achieve occupancy goals and revenue targets.
- Uphold safety, cleanliness, and luxury standards throughout guest-facing areas.
Qualification
- Minimum 3 years experience in a front office or guest services supervisory role, preferably in luxury hospitality.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with a passion for guest satisfaction.
- Advanced working knowledge of PMS (e.g., OPERA or equivalent) and reservation management systems.
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities and crisis management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to train, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
