Responsibility
- Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages with precision, flair, and consistency
- Greet customers, take orders, upsell products, and deliver outstanding hospitality
- Operate and maintain a clean, efficient workstation and standard coffee equipment
- Accurately handle cash and POS transactions; manage daily opening/closing procedures
- Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and assist with cafe mise en place
- Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Provide support and training to new team members; uphold brand standards
Qualification
- 2+ years of barista experience in a specialty coffee shop or equivalent
- Proficient in pulling espresso shots, latte art, and milk texturing
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work mornings/evenings including weekends
- Experience with POS systems (e.g., Toast, Square) and cash handling
- Strong attention to cleanliness and safety; food-handling certification preferred
- Team-oriented mindset with reliability and adaptability
