Join Bespoke Brew Co., a premium Melbourne cafe dedicated to exceptional coffee and guest experience. We are seeking a skilled Barista to deliver barista-grade espresso, quality milk texturing, and warm service.
You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintain cleanliness, calibrate grinders, and contribute to a friendly team culture. Experience with pour-over and alternative brewing methods is a plus.

Responsibility
- Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages with consistency and care.
- Engage with customers to understand preferences and upsell specialty drinks.
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including grinders and espresso machines.
- Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory and ensure fresh product rotation.
- Maintain a clean and safe workstation in line with health and safety standards.
- Demonstrate milk texturing and latte art to deliver visually appealing beverages.
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
Qualification
- Minimum 1 year of barista experience in a specialty cafe (or equivalent).
- Excellent latte art skills and milk texturing ability.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment maintenance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
- Basic cash handling and POS system experience.
- Food safety certification or willingness to obtain one.
