Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages with precision and consistency.
- Engage customers with friendly, professional service and product knowledge.
- Operate and troubleshoot espresso machines, grinders, and other cafe equipment.
- Handle cash and card transactions, ensuring accurate tills and receipts.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Assist with inventory, stock rotation, and basic shop maintenance.
- Support latte art creation and product presentation to enhance guest experience.
- Collaborate with team members to manage peak times and deliver efficient service.
Qualification
- Previous barista experience preferred; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are essential.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficient with POS systems and cash handling; basic math accuracy.
- Knowledge of coffee beans, roast profiles, and beverage recipes.
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with health and safety standards and proper food handling.
