As a Barista, you’ll represent our brand in person, craft consistent beverages, and ensure a clean, welcoming cafe space. This role is ideal for someone who loves coffee, thrives on fast-paced service, and enjoys teamwork.
Responsibility
- Prepare and serve espresso, brewed coffee, and tea beverages to a consistent standard
- Dial-in espresso shots and texture milk to create latte art and silky microfoam
- Deliver friendly, efficient guest service and handle customer inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation, equipment, and dining area
- Support daily inventory, restocking, and adherence to health and safety guidelines
- Operate the POS system, process payments, and manage transactions accurately
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth shift transitions and high guest satisfaction
- Assist with seasonal drink development and merchandising as needed
Qualification
- 1+ year of barista or café service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with espresso machine, grinders, and basic latte art
- Strong cash-handling and POS experience; basic math and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Committed to food safety, cleanliness, and safe handling of hot beverages
