Responsibility
- Greet customers warmly, take accurate beverage orders, and upsell items to enhance guest experience.
- Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages to brand standards.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and related equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized front-of-house and bar area; manage stock and restock as needed.
- Process POS transactions accurately and handle cash/card payments with integrity.
- Collaborate with team to manage peak periods and ensure timely service.
- Art latte designs and ensure beverage presentation aligns with brand quality.
Qualification
- Minimum 1 year of barista experience in a fast-paced cafe or coffee shop.
- Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, milk frothing, and beverage presentation.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work weekday mornings and weekends; flexible with shifts.
- Cash handling and POS system experience.
- Commitment to food safety, cleanliness, and high hygiene standards.
- Barista training or certification is a plus.
