As a Barista, you will artfully prepare espresso and other beverages, maintain a clean and organized workspace, uphold safety and hygiene standards, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

Responsibility
- Prepare and serve espresso and handcrafted beverages with consistency and quality.
- Engage with guests to deliver a warm, personalized experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, equipment, and work area.
- Operate the POS system, process payments, and handle cash with accuracy.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory and restocking.
- Follow safety, health, and sanitation standards; report issues promptly.
- Participate in daily lineups, trainings, and product tastings to improve skills.
Qualification
- 1+ year of barista or hospitality experience in a fast paced cafe.
- Solid knowledge of espresso preparation, grinders, tamping, milk texturing, and latte art.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; friendly and positive attitude.
- Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and work efficiently under pressure.
- Flexible schedule including mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Food handlers certification or the ability to obtain one; adherence to safety standards.
- Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling; basic math skills.
