Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high quality espresso and brewed beverages with consistent taste and presentation
- Interact with customers to understand preferences and upsell beverages and food items
- Operate the POS system, handle cash and card payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, equipment, and work area
- Prepare and stock ingredients, manage inventory and restock as needed
- Monitor equipment and report maintenance needs promptly
- Follow health and safety guidelines and ensure allergen awareness
- Collaborate with teammates to deliver a seamless guest experience
Qualification
- 1+ years barista or specialty coffee experience
- Proficient with espresso extraction, milk texturing, latte art
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Flexible availability including mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and POS cash handling skills
- Eligible to work legally in the United States
